This meditation can be done anywhere, any time, and multiple times of the day or night. It keeps me ‘green’ and energized. It can also be used if you have insomnia, a monkey mind, or if you are tense or upset. The meditation grounds and balances you on all levels of your energy field, emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually.
The Blue Egg Practice for Personal Protection
I developed this practice out of necessity—to protect myself in the swirl of outer world energies that are often chaotic. If you are at all sensitive to energetic perceptions, or projections onto you, chaotic waves beating against your energy field, the lower astral energy scions trying to attach to you, exhaustion from being out in public, or even after listening to the latest news report—this one is for you!

When all these are combined, we are ‘in’ the Indigenous Mind—a powerful negotiator for being at peace and in balance. We have the ability to go about our daily life in a mindful balanced manner. As you practice this, notice how you are living from a more deeply present heart-filled place.
Clearing the Human Energy Field Practice
This practice clears, centers, and balances your energy field, working with the layers and levels in your field and the chakra system on the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. It is a great daily practice for clearing yourself before and after your day—especially if you have picked up any energetic “cling-on!” during your day, or if someone has negatively projected energy onto you. Especially good at end of the day or just before sleep.
Activating Your Soul’s Purpose—Soul Line Clearing
I developed this meditation to clear the soul’s life task which often gets buried in the minutia of daily life. Our soul line is an energetic form within the human energy field. It carries the life lessons we agreed to fulfill before incarnation. When the soul’s blueprint gets pushed off to one side or withdraws, our life task becomes clouded and distant from our consciousness. We can wander aimlessly through life seemingly without purpose. This practice brings your soul line back into focus whereby you can access the life lessons you are living and move forward with your greater purpose. The balancing effect of this healing practice is to live life from your ‘YES’; to be fully engaged in your birthright as an activated, engaged human being.
The Medicine Wheel Meditation for Global Healing
The intention of this guided meditation is to unify our collective consciousness in a powerful dedicated arrow of clarity to the principles of peace, equality, inclusivity, harmony, and balance. Each one of us can participate by contributing to global change by shifting our own thoughts, words, deeds, actions, and energy. You can support positive global change by practicing this meditation daily. It has been said by many indigenous elders, “As one grows, so do we all.”
The Matrix Healing Meditation
So many people are disconnected from the earth. Erroneously and egregiously, the earth is seen as a commodity to be used rather than being part of our very essence, our inter-relatedness, and our home. This guided meditation connects you deeply with the earth, her resonance and life force, her pulse, and organic rhythms. As we move more deeply through the meditation, we bring the matrix of life into our bodies, deeply into our bone marrow—where the mystery of the earth’s matrix also resides. I have practiced this meditation with so many people in one life transition or another. Death, dying, giving birth, moving, retiring; life cycle changes happen on so many levels all the time—finding new meaning and hope. It is profoundly healing.
